Course Scope & Content
This is a very practical, experiential course exploring all the FUNdamentals of singing & confident expression. It is designed to explore & play inside our human body instrument & in dialogue with our intelligent planet. After all, we are animated Earth, she sings through our bones & whispers through our hearts..
Each week we weave song & sound projects in reverent dialogue with our intelligent Earth, her elements, plants & creatures.

Course Structure
Each week we activate, tune and explore one of the 9 Body energy centres / chakra’s, beginning at the Earthing point (3ft below the feet), revealing any discordant beliefs active in your biofield that may be causing powerlessness at that Centre (including the Earth & Soul Points beneath the feet & above the head).
We do this through variations of Toning, Mantra, Singing & SoundPlay, Self Inquiry, Earth/ Nature Interaction, Group Play/Silliness & Discussion.
Each week you will have a Resonance Meditation to continue exploring and tuning that centre, PLUS a voice project to complete and upload as a video into our private interactive group feed.
The Nature Element we will connect with each week may vary from the Course Content below if guidance alters in the weeks preceding. This is a flexible course in present-moment dialogue with Mama Earth, she may change the script, and I am practicing allowing full receptivity to what wants to flow through me/us/her. Together we will make brand new discoveries using our ‘Individual Cosmic Body’ as the platform to Inquire into the Universal Body & Voice.

Intro Zoom Class — Week 1: Welcome, Course Intro & Course Activation.
This is a very important week to set the container and expectations of the course. We will journey together in an interactive & playful mediation of our inner child to invoke the prayer that will guide the 12 week transformation. This is personal & unique for each of you, a prayer laid down inside your own pysche & internal garden.
We will also establish the safety & intimacy of the container & get to meet each other before we deep dive into the course content... 'In and through the Body' (As Trevor Hall sings)
Live Zoom Class — Saturday Morning (8 - 10am)

Interactive, experiential voice exploration, exercises, partner play etc. The first hour is check-in and sharing the new weeks content including, my experiences, the biofield science & native wisdoms of each energy centre. Then we play for an hour with vocal techniques, games, partner exercises & song.
Wednesday morning — 15 min Guided Resonance Meditation
Via Zoom — to maintain the momentum, focus & power of group vibrations for the week. New discoveries inevitably unfold in the sharing and focused attention.
1x Voice Play Project each week:
This is a project you will video and share into our private group. Weekly Projects could include: Resonance meditations, Song/Sound/Nature play projects, Freestyle Projects etc. It may sound scary but it truly is a safe & gentle process that will set you free! Nothing is compulsory.
1x Daily Resonance Meditation
To strengthen your vocal chords, recalibrate ancestral inheritances, explore the tuning & information held in each energy centre & get to know & LOVE your own unqiue resonance.

Practical Vocal Techniques include:
— Learning to FEEL, rather than hear, your unique voice through games & mindful attention to your body sensations & locations where different notes are felt in your body.
— Toning & playful exercises to know your full range, and how to extend it, strengthening your vocal chords to reach notes easily.
— Learning simple techniques to instantly improve your confidence, power & projection, including, breath, posture, facial accentuation, diaphragm use, visualisation, energy mastery & inner child relating.
— Accessing treble & base, falsetto, harmonics & trills to deliberately change the texture, ‘colour’ & warmth of your voice for speaking and singing.
— Exploration of different textures, accents & subconscious ‘voice masks’ we use to truly know & love our authentic voice, the one that remains powerfully ours when we no longer have anyone to impress or gain validation from when speaking and singing.
Creative Practices we will explore:
— Toning, rhythm & freestyle: to facilitate the experience of knowing yourself as a sound chamber, and practising getting out of the way to become ‘the hollow bone’. Freestyle play is a powerful creative practice to help you loosen the rigidity of perfectionism, comparison & self-criticism & begin to explore ‘being’ sound rather than trying to sing. We access this later in the course once we’re all very cosy with each other!
— ‘Toning’ to calibrate each Chakra/body centre to your original divine blueprint, or ‘cellular knowing’ of your true nature & personal harmonic… before trauma, beliefs & cultural/ancestral imprinting. We’ll use your own voice to ‘tune’ your cellular frequency, after all, you are the only unique tuner for your personal instrument.
— Resonating/vibrating, Singing, Tuning in with & becoming, a sound channel for nature, her plants & creatures, as we open this non-verbal dialogue we all have access too. We do this through resonance & sonic meditations in Nature, listening for messages & song lyrics that you will weave into your own Song by the end of the course.
— Silliness & non-sensical practices & games that allow us to open & explore the FULL range of sound we have available to us, when we deliberately ‘colour outside the lines’ & explore beyond the rigid or familiar ways that are our comfort zones. This helps you to access any sound, language, ‘light language’, or transmission that wishes to come through your voice & play.

This zoom class we get to know each other, learn how to get the best out of the course, and complete the group activation, opening the container with a guided Meditation into our bodies, where we begin our 12 week journey of best-friending our Inner Child.
Week 1. Earth Star/Chakra

CONCEPTS: Remembering our non physical origin / connection to life. Resensitising to vibration.

CONCEPTS: Shift from personal identification to personal will, ambition, alchemy, transmutation, personal will. Mastering the extra-sensory power centre, attuning to my/other/collective energy.
FUNDAMENTALS: Deepen our practice getting comfortable with our authentic voice, explore vocal techniques to add to your tool kit including trills, scales & purrs.
Week 6. Heart Chakra

“The ‘Planetary Body’ Voice Activation Course course came at a time when I was feeling most disempowered in speaking my truth. I believe that this is a ‘collective’ theme in the last 4 years of chaos and division on so many issues.
I was ready to explore different ways to use my voice as I have been singing in a traditional choir which is structured but I knew from years of attending sound therapy that there were many ways to express myself through sound and I wanted to explore that on a much deeper level.
